I love, love, LOVE my 2008 fit. drives really nice, good mpg and it can haul pins! have used it to transport a gottlieb deadly weapon, pinbot, and earthshaker with no problems. depending on how you drive, you can get pretty good mileage for a non-hybrid. i get about 30mpg, give or take a couple miles with about a 60city/40city driving ratio. only time i get less is when my wife drives (she's the more aggresive driver).

    Quoted from DaveH:

The guy that bought my Judge Dredd showed up in a Fit. I laughed as he handed me the cash. Then he stuffed that superpin right into the Fit and drove off. It was a slightly older one, but handled the JD fine.

did he have the older 2007/2008 model? i've measured the backs and didn't think widebodies would fit. anyone else have input on this? i measured a friend's newer version and the opening on the hatchback was a little larger. i just got a TZ and had to wait a week for the guy to drop it off as i didn't think it would fit in my Fit.

also, anyone know if you can use a 2010 insight for moving pins? just curious as i might be getting one and passing the fit on to my wife.

Moved a Twilight Zone in my 2007 Fit a couple weeks ago. No more difficult than non-widebodies.

Thanks! That's good to know for whenever I have to move it in the future.
