I am not sure if it's the first, but the movie Solent Green has a spaceship video game in the background. I saw the same one in the arcade I used to go to when I was a kid. This was around 1973-1974. The cabinet in the arcade was green with metal flakes. Never played it as I liked pinballs more but it was there.

Just saw the series "The Goldbergs". The one where everyone of the kids gets a job. Adam the youngest gets one at the arcade and you can see a Domino pinball along with a Grand Slam and a third that I think may be a King Rock?

It was kind of hard to tell as the manager and the kid playing it were in the way. Three pins, is that a record find?

In Escape From New York there is a very old pinball machine in the room where the president was held. It has stars on the side and can be seen when Brain frees the president. Best I can tell, it might be this one with a repainted cabinet, but not sure.
