All System 11 GI relay boards have the 3rd pin from the right missing. This is normal and is known as keyed.
The GI setup is the same for all System 11 tables. The playfield GI is divided into 2 daisy chains. The violet wire is for the upper playfield and the yellow wire is for the lower playfield. All that relay does is turn the GI on and off.
I think this is what you want:
It should be fairly straight forward. You can use the insert board relay as a template if you need something to reference.
