I just traded my WPT for a MSF...........both are great. So there's my vote, either of those
Quoted from guarda:Sadly (for OP and I alike), TZ and STTNG are neither in the sub-2500 category anymore.
the prices went up a lot last 2 years here too. The TZ abd the STTNG are just under 2500, not for long i guess.
But if i would name 1 for being most bang for a buck it would be a HS2. I loved that game, should have never sold it.
tons of games under 2500 that are good. List is too long, but here are some of my favorites.
SST
JP
Stargate
BF
Tommy
SW (de version)
SOF
Mousin around
Torpedo ally
RFM
POTO
Time machine (data east)
ES
FH (hovers around this area and players machine can be had for 2500 or under)
DM
Shadow (players shadows can be had for this)
Tee'd off
Wipe Out
Baywatch
Frankenstein
T3
T2
GI
the list goes on and on. 2500 is a lot to work with in the pinball world, especially if you know how to look around and willing to drive for good deals. Doesn't have to be perfect. Can be a dirty routed machine that , if you put a little time into it, cleans up and looks nice with a little love. Thats where you get your value from.
Quoted from Skyemont:My favorites are:
Bad Cats
Whirlwind
F-14
Earthshaker
Diner
Taxi
EATPM
I am with you on the love for the System 11. The game play is outstanding and the original themes are more appealing to me than most licensed games.
I could see how a $2500 AFM would be the "most wanted" pin out there!
I just got an Elvira for 2500, and i think it is definitely worth it, terminator 2 art and sound just doesn't do it for me.
Quoted from TKDalumni:SF2
hate away!
The topic of this thread isn't "DMD's you can get for under $600".
Quoted from Astropin:A modern Stern......you're missing out on some really great games.
You got it. I don't like the way they feel or play. And yes I have played almost all of them.
Quoted from Skyemont:Can a Funhouse be found in this price range anymore?
If it is a total disaster, yes.
Quoted from Skyemont:I should have kept mine.
Yeah I would say so. That is one of my grail pins, and I only have a few. I am hoping I can land one in the near future, but it is tough.
