Recently the machine was moved, and since then, bumbers, flippers, targets, nothing works except sound, and lights. I have checked all connections, everything seems to be fine, and cannot believe all of these would just fail, all at once, so is there one thing that governs them all ? Would it be the MPU board ?

I've spent a few hours troubleshooting, and not ready to start changing the solonoids yet, as it doesn't make any sense

Love to have some ideas

The machine is an 8 Ball Deluxe 1981

Appreciate any feedback

Did you check fuses - is there one under the playfield?

Thanks, yes I did check the fuses, all are intact, I think it may be one blown but still intact, so going to buy a new set, and see what happens, but is there anything else that would do this ? The solonoid board checks all good, and MPU as well.

Do you own a multimeter? I would test before replacing, visual inspection can be deceiving.

If all you did was move the game i would suspect something simple (but this is pinball so anything can happen lol). I would suspect Fuse F4 on rectifier board as that governs all +43 volt power to the solenoids.

With a DMM we can confirm fuses are good and then start tracking down the prob. Making sure you are getting the proper voltages at the various test points on the boards etc.
