    Quoted from Haymaker:

LAH is an awesome movie. Much like the pin, its FINALLY starting to get some of the love it deserves. I think DE GNR gives it a run for its money though

You should look up the history of it being made, in a way explains how it turned out as it did.

The movie was suppose to be a raging satire ridiculing a popular "action script writer" at the time and through a number of twists and turns "that guy" actually ended up working on the script! Can't make this up. There was also some time constraints due to a writers strike, studio head meddling and holidays I think.

Last Action Hero was an original screenplay by Zak Penn and Adam Leff, meant to parody typical action-film screenplays of writers such as Shane Black. Penn noted himself that the studio ironically then had Black rewrite the script.[9] The original screenplay differs heavily from the finished film and is widely available to read online. Although it was still a parody of Hollywood action films, it was set almost entirely in the film world and focused largely on the futile cycle of violence displayed by the hero and the effect it had on people around him. Due to the radical changes, Penn and Leff were eventually credited with the story of the film, but not the screenplay, which is unusual for a film based on an original screenplay. Several script doctors did uncredited work on the script, including Carrie Fisher, Larry Ferguson, and William Goldman.[10][11] Penn and Leff disliked various parts of the final film, including the idea of a magic golden ticket. In their draft, the story would not explain how Danny got transported into the film world.

PM for a narrow body game is indeed loaded. Loaded with things that ex williams engineers had been told not to do. Since the super pins were done by the time it was released, this would have had the most features at the time.

My understanding is the super pins all had a similar BOM, but its weird to see TZ voted by so many. JJP's Bom hasn't radically changed for its widebodies over the years. What they focus on putting in does seem to have changed.

BR is a very odd choice, yes there is the upper pf, but the lower is barren. More expansive than other system 11's, but it had no toys or tricks on the lower pf in part to cut down on cost.

Odd to see TSSP and LOTR, but not RBION. Those three came out in series right after stern exited the heavy cost cutting that defined the sega era.

The poll as a whole seems odd. It doesn't define what the eras are. There isn't any real great criteria. The original BK kicked off multi level playfields. The super pins had a similar bom and no one touched williams in that dept (compare BF to STTNG since it is based off it).

The problem is the way this is done its less about what had the most features/highest bom for its time and more is what is the most popular game with a ton of shit in it.

Dialed In one loaded pin! In my opinion there's more features / toys in Dialed In then JJP Pirates.
