If you like drop targets you're likely looking at a good portion of late EMs and early SS where drop target banks are a primary feature.... 2001, Nine Ball, El Dorado, Sinbad/Eye of the Tiger all jump out at me.

If drop target banks are boring, look at games which use them in other interesting ways. Inline drops for bonuses Flash Gordon and Centaur, or for ball locks in Fathom. Ramp blockers in Space Shuttle, TX Sector, and GoT. Last but not least, mid playfield drops like Cactus Canyon and Defender.
