I agree with Pinballx. The seller has to make sure they do their job and wrap the machine properly. You do NOT want to wrap it yourself. They need to inspect the machine before they wrap it up to make sure there are no marks on it. Wrapping it yourself limits their liability as there is no way you can prove the damage was done by shipping. I have shipped hundreds of games with STI / Precision. About the worse thing that has happened has been a bent leg. I make sure my driver wraps them well. They should always have the corner boards, shrink wrap and blankets on their truck. I always tip the driver as well and they know I expect it to be wrapped very well.
It really sucks this happened to your game. I really do think they are the best shipping company for pinball machines.
