$1650 will get you an EK on eBay, with a well-worn out playfield, a fair cabinet, displays that either don't work, or the pic was taken between flashes, 2 inoperative solenoids, and a rubber ring kit that's at least 2 years old. AND, it "has not been fully played in 15+ years" - like that's a good thing ?
Oh the humanity !
That has got to be the worst abomination ever done to a back glass. It would have looked better, had he taken a hammer to it.
This may just take the cake....$8k for a Roller Disco. Barf. How this guy stays in business, I have no idea. All of his stuff is beyond any reasonable retail.

The "just needs a fuse" line is funny. I have had the good fortune of buying two machines that had nearly as easy fixes as just a fuse. One had a broken wire on the playfield, that kept it from playing (Apollo 13). The other simply needed to have the back box plugged into the main board (Gottlieb Spin Out). Saved me $$$.
This one looks like it's been shot at, as well as smoke damage....and it can be all yours for $2k. This is the same clown that has the CF listed for $5k and it also looks like crap.
$10k Captain Fantastic on Eblah and he didn't even bother taking pictures of it turned on. Sure, it looks nice...But, it would look a lot better if we could see the lights ! Duh.

Quoted from mbeardsley:You can use the display issues and destroyed playfield as leverage to talk him down to $3,250.

“ The only way I will come down on the price is with cash and a working one arm bandit slot machine that pays out in quarters and I won't pay more than $200 for that.”
Well, enjoy your pinball machine then ! Lol
Quoted from PinDeLaPin:The description says it all!

It's an ORIGINAL Captain Fantastic. As opposed to the knock-off Captain Fantastics? Also, since he replaced the playfield, technically, it is no longer "original".
