I'm curious what this is. If its an old Bingo gambling machine it would be a lot older than 1978
Bally made Bingo's in Chicago (on Roscoe across the street from Williams) until 1979. They also made Solid State bingo's at Bally Continental in Antwerp, Belgium until Alex Wilms and his son Fredd y bought the division in 1980 as Alex was "unfit" to remain on Bally's BoD per the New Jersey Casino CONtrol Commission. Alex resigned from the Bally Board and bought the division and ran it independently.
