It comes with a case of that cream for when you realize what you paid for it... LMAO what are these people thinking?

    #4202 2 years ago

If you have some extra cash lying around after you buy the Dirty Harry, you can buy his Jurassic Park for only $5000

It says "say no to drugs" on the back, guess they didn't take the advise.

They're from Scottsdale. Everyone is rich in Scottsdale! Take them over to Goodyear, south of the railroad tracks and watch the price drop!

Yep, $cott$dale, maybe they should try the Barret-Jackson auction.

    Quoted from gdonovan:

You have to ask yourself, is there one or two extra zeros in the that price?

Take away the 1 and he's spot on price wise if it's as "NEW" as he says it is. I got 2500 for a near pristine example almost a year ago.

    #4208 2 years ago

Does $9500 seem like a lot for a White Water Pin? Guess the chrome puts it over the edge.

Honestly, I think JP is worth every bit $4k.
    -It is fun game
-Has a really loser of a follow up game.
-Jurassic World was a block buster, with second film in production, and 3rd coming.

I have a very nice JP and I would not sell mine for $4k, not on a bet.

http://bostonpinball.biz/ebay0517.htm has the average price of the last 6 sold on eBay at $4100.

I am not sure how far off $5k is. Let the new movie come out and I bet he could come close to his asking price.

It also shows one that went for $7k which might throw things off just a little

Yeah, I am one of the "un-informed" that saw the Cinci CL ad last week for the 5k pile o' crap and decided to help him out. Knowing that he would never sell as a lot, I decided to shoot him an offer on Circus. Certainly not 600...I think I offered 200 knowing that ALL em restoration projects require replacing the transformer for a more efficient model.

But alas, I failed to read his ad and he BLOCKED me. It has taken me a week to get over his shaming and be able to share my experience here

Couldn't imagine separating that clown from his Circus anyway.

1973 Bally "Circus", Same thing. This machine would power up, be playable and then after a while just die. I'm guessing it's the transformer and as it's the size of a car battery I imagine there's a much more efficient model out there that can be swapped that doesn't generate its own gravitational pull.

Haha. No. Read the last paragraph in my post that is a direct copy from his CL ad. This mental giant thinks that the transformer is the issue with his pos Circus. He would be better off running the game off a wind turbine from all of his hot air bs descriptions.

This is hardly a documented home use only machine. His HUO "documentation" is a receipt from 2005 from someone who resold it to him and claimed that it is a home use only; The seller in 2005 wrote "home use only" on the receipt when he sold it to this person.

I think is it perfectly fine to ask above top dollar for the machine, but don't come across like jerk in your listing if you expect to sell it.

100% agree. So many of them. Dude take your anger out on people who you aren't asking money from.

I also notice that these ads stay up on Craigslist forever.

Sounds like a good deal... $25,000 for four EM's (They do look nice and are good titles but I'm sorry they need to knock off a zero).

This is a listing from Pinballz arcade in Austin TX. Actually a fairly decent place to play pinball on location. Most(not all) games play pretty good, at the main location, I think they have 3 now, have about 100 games. I saw a Genie while I was there one time with an asking price of 6K. Retail for sure. I guess sometimes people with more money then sense pay these prices. Talked to the owner a few times and he seemed nice enough. But to ask for 6K for a gorgar with a busted head is crazy.
