Looks like it used to be a Gottlieb Force II?
Quoted from skywelker:Looks like it used to be a Gottlieb Force II?
Correct.
That is a standard price for that title without a backglass, if the game full works and has a solid playfield.
Restorable.

Firepower for the low price of 4,500...
Firepower 2, dude. And don't even think about swooping in and stealing this one. I already offered $4600. He countered a little higher; we're still negotiating.

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd no!!!! Definitely someone who invested way more money into a machine than he should have, or anticipated. I wouldn't pay that price for a SS new out of the box. I bought my SS fully working for $800, completely restored it inside and out doing way more work than this guy did, and wouldn't even think of selling mine for anywhere remotely close to his price.

That 4 needs to drop from in front of that 5
Guess the seller doesn't know that a 2013 pro can be had for the same price, or less. He'd probably ask 6-7K for the 1978 version next to it lol

The working small DMD is worth more than the whole machine.
Collectors should realize the "sky is the limit" right now on the market, before the next "stall".
Prototype CQ original KISS (Bally, 1978)
$14,500 (non-negotiated price).
Number #3 of 8
http://endlesspinball.com/kiss-bally-pinball/
I almost guarantee someone will buy it eventually within the next year or so.
$4-5K asking prices on original KISS machine have become the norm over the past 5 years or so, even if they are "blown out".
Are they worth the price?
Nope.
Found some hot deals on Craigslist Detroit Metro...all OBO

lol i replied asking him if he added an extra zero on accident.
About 2k over going price, shopped 10 years ago, still running incandescent's, and all pics still have the glass on. I wonder what he originally paid for it. I'm willing to bet he's basing his price off of the one that's been relisted a million times on Ebay for over a year for $5495
Looks like the fake car spam has hit Chicago CL...
Between spam and all these WTB ads...ugh
WTB should be in a separate section.

its because of the polished chrome legs and NEW BOLTS

I find myself amused that the listing is for Space Shuttle, and you're referring to Space Shuttle, but the Pinside robots think your SS typings are references to Scared Stiff ... and what's right next to Space Shuttle in the Craigslist photos? Scared Stiff.
Spooky.

And it has LEDs. That adds $1k to any game automatically!
Quoted from GLSP3022:And it has LEDs. That adds $1k to any game automatically!
Yes, because it takes an "average of 30+ hours to color coordinate a playfield into LED unicorn pinata diarrhea at $45/hour."
Put that statement in a CL ad for a sales pitch.
There is a 6000 dollar Drop a Card . Don't everybody call at once. It's a nice game but 6000 dollars?

"Appraised" at $2,400 but selling for $1,500? With that kind of fade and no play-field pictures? ... Riiiiiiiiiiiiight.

And at that price it'll get little use still.
ebay.com link: space invaders pinball plastics 175 00 OBO
Used set of worn Space Invaders plastics for 175.00?? I pm'ed him for a more realistic price since the brand new CPR set, WITH topper, is available for thirty bucks less than that, and was told "I'm not in a hurry to lower price". Anyone got an original SI "clone chamber" plastic in good condition they'd like to get rid of?
Quoted from 0geist0:"Miners"
It was an ongoing joke from previous thread foe those who missed that or play a shallow left field.
saw this one this morning & contacted him immediately !!! but alas he listed it wrong its a King Cool not a King Kong /////// edit he must have fixed it & added pic. maybe he saw that I posted it here ?
This is the pinsider gooterman. I bought some of my first pinball machines off him years ago. A Space Shuttle with a CPR playfield swap is easily $2500 when you consider the cost of materials and labor. When you factor out the Craigslist haggling markup it seems pretty close to what you would expect to pay for a really nice Space Shuttle. If Rob really expects to sell that game he needs to take some better photos.
I'm curious what "way more work" you could possibly do to a game.

that is the most rusty coin door I've ever seen still attached to a game.
Imagine the inside.
