Bangarang, Peter.
Quoted from fisherdaman:been listed for at least 2 years now and it started at 6 grand and has slowly been going up
That is actually a text book marketing trick. It can give the perception of more value, OBVIOUSLY not when your too over priced to start with though.
Hmmm seems a little high. Maybe if you're a big Nascar fan and it includes Dale Jr. Coming to your place to blow ya

Nah. Variety is always good. I clean them up and make them a whole lot prettier.

Eh, it just isn't for me but if someone else enjoys pachinko, then who am I to piss on their fun? It isn't like they are those dummies into bingo machines.... screw those guys with a rusty Harbor Freight 5/16 wrench. Amiright gang? ;P
Some nice work there Yak.
Here's what does it for me. All of the interlocks in this purely mechanical device. It's quite the system of checks going on behind the pile of pins. I'm a sucker for that kind of thing.
the museum of flipping
I mean if it's a museum then I'm sure you've got the proper non-profit paperwork ready to show me and I can make any donation as tax deductible and hey where are you going
Quoted from GeekedOnPinball:Anyone believe this ad? It’s for his garage “museum”
Did someone relocate from Ephrata ?
If they ask to borrow an Escalara, DONT DO IT.

I thought the same thing when I saw the way he included the "Thanks for looking & your SUPPORT" part
Quoted from Pinsforfun:"will negotiate a little bit not a lot"

Tell him the negotiation will only take a couple seconds, just move his decimal place one little ol' position to the left.

Take my chance? So I pay $150 and I might not even receive it???

heh, I suspect that his first language is French and meant "here's your chance."

Yeah I'm not a huge fan of calling out/making fun of non-native US folks for broken English. One damn complicated and ass-backwards language to learn and their English is definitely better than my French/Italian/German.
Making fun of US citizens who can't spell, well, I mean, still not nice but....

“The problem with defending the purity of the English language is that English is about as pure as a cribhouse whore. We don't just borrow words; on occasion, English has pursued other languages down alleyways to beat them unconscious and rifle their pockets for new vocabulary.” - James Nicoll

I wasn't poking fun of anyone's language....I posted that because I got a laugh out of the price $150 for an old ragged schematic....that's all.

So, was the EM version super rare? Maybe that's why it's pricey.
Quoted from PghPinballRescue:I was making fun of the wording. I didn't know it was his 2nd language.
Just to be clear, I'm not trying to bust anyone's chops for this. I work for an international corporation, so I get to see lots of weird English phrasing. I kind of auto translate it in my head now.
The phrase was funny and the price is inexplicably high. It's all good.

Alright folks. Here is the worst attempt at a scam I have seen.

Alright folks. Here is the worst attempt at a scam I have seen.
This guy tried to scam me a couple days ago. He responded to my want ad for a HH. Called him and he asked for $500 deposit to be wired to him via Zelle, Venmo or Google Pay (aka anything without buyer protection). When I said I wouldn't pay him until I saw the machine he asked for $250 then $100 then sent me this pic of a virtual pin to try and sweeten the deal. Oh also at the beginning of the call he told me he was in Ohio, then later when I asked him where he was he said Florida. Then by the end of the call he was back in Ohio...
