    Quoted from Colsond3:

Had to post that when I saw it. Couldn’t believe the price. That can’t be accurate right? I know the platinums are going for quite a bit, but $1 mill on Marco?

Second line: "Please call for actual pricing"

In all fairness, it is on legs. I'm sure we have all past on one of these because it wasn't on legs.

Making that mod to both my pins ASAP! Now I just need to come up with a way to block a center drain.

I was about to purchase it, but I can't afford the shipping cost.

How about this great deal for such an extremely rare pin, even deluxe edition?

Always such great deals in the PNW, but you got to pay to play a game “still in the original condition”.
This thing must have had rusty balls, or a heck of a lot of flip time.

Oh, how I yearn longly for those nostalgic days of when I used to play those fine 'Baley' pinball machines.

    #6419 4 years ago

I was bidding on it. In all fairness to the seller, with all fees etc, he probably did end up paying around 13k for it.
    lol

Guy on Facebook Marketplace listed a Stern Meteor today for $2500. His ad says he is "not new to pinball", shows a pic of his game room with about 5 pins in it as well as pics of the Meteor which looks in average players condition at best and then he says "These normally sell for $3-10k depending on condition". I messaged him and politely advised him of the current market range for a Stern Meteor and let him know that his ad is very misleading to someone who may not know the current market for the game. He got pissy with me but then took the ad down a couple minutes later.

Factory certified New Beetle Convertible tech here... make sure the rear window hasn't come loose from the top. I'm looking for DE Simpsons or DE Starwars... I'll install a new top, parts and labor for trade. I just finished up a top on one this morning so I'll have some extra cash to waste pinball.

My wife wanted one of those beetle convertibles bad, thank goodness we drove one & she changed her mind.
I'm not a German car fan. Too expensive to repair & reliability is crap.

As a former tech I can attest that German reliability is not what it once was, Toyota reliability is very good though even if I don't care for the brand in general.
