Is it adhesive or did the stencil pull a little of the white off the base color? Depending on the temp/humidity you might need to let the paint cure/dry longer than 24 hours. In the summer I usually wait 3 days to be sure. Spray a little of the white in a cup, take a small fine brush and touch up the circle. If you do it lightly, it will blend right in.

I have done dozens of stencils with Pinball Pimp stencils and there is almost always a little touch up to do at the end no matter how meticulous the prep or painting conditions. It looks great otherwise!

Is the white paint on the other side tacky feeling as well? How long do you leave the stencil on the cabinet after painting, is it getting exposure to direct sunlight perhaps and making the adhesive more aggressive?
