Again, cans are shaken for 5 minutes prior to application. Area was smooth prior to second coat. #4 Montana cap used for 2nd coat.

Looks like application reaction. We're you within the guidelines for re-application? Each product is a little different but it is typically within the first hour or after 48 hours.
