Fuses very often 'look' ok, but are actually blown.
Often you can find a fuse right next to your suspect fuse that is the same rating. I don't hesitate to pull the working fuse from one circuit and quickly plug it into the suspect circuit as a test.
Of course, the 'white peg' safety interlock switch on the front door is a frequent source of 'I lost my coil voltages!'. Sometimes wires will be off the switches, sometimes the metal plate that closes the switches is bent and not quite pushing in the pegs, rarely the white switch will actually fail.
