Although I still will rebuild the flippers and add the mirror blades I just received today, here are photos of my Monster Bash restoration.

The main difference is I did not want to replace the cabinet decals. I sanded the areas around the legs that were bad. I hired an artist who primed the areas, repainted by matching the color and the variations. He also touched up the cabinet in other areas. Finally, he fixed the playfield above the track. Once he gets back from vacation, he will finish up the left back box and add the stitches back. This was the first time he worked on a pinball so it was learning experience for both of us. So far the work for the leg area of the cabinet, various cabinet scratches, and the playfield has taken about 20 hours but he was deliberately slow at first and being extra careful. It looks great and will look better when totally complete. But I am not one for doing decals. Time will tell how this holds up as compared to a new decal.
The above web page has a silent video of the leg repainting throughout the process.
Hope this helps someone.
Thanks
Michael
