If I buy I'm leaning towards the classic.

I was also one of the NDA's, I like the pin a lot however I have 2 problems, the first being a big one making room and what I would sell. I can't at this point.
The 2nd is I bought the AFMr SE ( I thought is was a good value over the ce) and was looking to do the same here but I don't see the value of the extra $1,300 for the SE . I think the AFMr was only like $700 more than the ce. LE is out, my basement ceiling is to short and toppers are not my thing anyway.
Got the MB CE yesterday. My granddaughter 7 who really doesn't play much played so many games on MB I couldn't believe it. She did quite well much better than many of my scores, and had at least 12,000,000. Only left when when it was time to go home school night.
Initially had some problems with drains from the right after launch now its better after leveling adjustment. I had my neighbor over he was here for 2 hours playing. He's big on b/w games and has some of the best. Really enjoying it. Cheers
I went with the same show special deal as post 5676 gearheaddropping. I'm good with what I have and not having the color chip works for me.
I have plenty of other pins with bells and whistles and have no color chip in 4 other pins. So half my collection have them and half doesn't.
I had an epic game last night after getting back from vacation with the kids and grandkids. MB seems to be the first game I play when I get back from a trip.
My previous best score was like 138,000,000. Last night it was over 557,000,000. I got to MOR for the first time, had 2 MB 's and 1 Mosh pit multi-balls.
I got my wife to come down and witness after I collected 4 of the instruments. I have game set up to earn eb based on scoring and I seemed to pick up more eb's from the scoop. She said how does your brain work from all that action.
What a great game. Cheers
I was getting more than a fair share of SDTM from the right outline. When it came down that side it was always an adventure if it would drain or not.
My tech replaced the rubber post just above the Drack track with ones that were larger/wider. Problem has been solved.
He tried one set slightly wider it didn't help much but the second one did.
Quoted from Lounge:Could you post a pic of what you changed it to?
The first picture is what I had and tried.
The second is was the tech's solution to right outline drains. He said the new rubber post was from Data East part. Good luck
thumbnail-10 (resized).jpegthumbnail-11 (resized).jpegNo it's a chip you can buy from your dealer or a pinball parts supplier. I think I got mine from Planetary
Well worth it easy to install.
My guess it's in the menu, it's programed to reset high scores after so many plays. I have mine set at the minimum maybe 200.plays.
I do this with all my pins however some games never reset at all and I do it manually.
Cheers.
