Quoted from Only_Pinball:CGC built MM's have coin mechs. They also have the melamine cabs.
Sorry, ihave not paid much attention to remakes lately.
Are they really not plywood cabinents like all other machines in current era?

Quoted from KozMckPinball:Plywood all around including the bottom, no MDF. Also, apparently melamine on the cab inside.
so plywood PLUS a layer of melamine on the inside of the cab? That is odd; what is the point of the melamine on the inside?
Quoted from Only_Pinball:Correct. My guess is they did it for a nice uniform look. The cabinets on the CGC remakes are very nicely made.
great to hear! I figure they have been doing cabinets longer than anyone so glad to hear they are still making improvements.
Quoted from indypinhead:How long has it been since the SE people were asked to pay in full?
I was told that the LEs will begin shipping the week after Thanksgiving.
there is a local operator that already has one at a bar down the road.
Quoted from mtp78:I personally cant see getting an se with and le only being 800 or so bucks more shipped.i understand everyone wants different things but the le comes with some cool stuff.
Is there a link to what the differnces are for each model. The CGC nomenclatures does not even make sense to me. What is pro, prem, limited model naming convention and what are main differences?
Quoted from branlon8:There was some talk that the MBr would have as option an alternative ruleset or modified rules. Is there anything to this ? I have not seen anything lately. Sorry if it's been answered elsewhere.
as I understand it, that was the rumor (and reality) of RGB lights that change for modes... just people blew it up into more than that.
Have to say, I am really impressed!
They really have stepped it up! Protectors, added lighting, understanding the weak spots from originals and proactively doing things to help out.
They are showing their ability to really do the small things that us collectors (i.e. their customers) want. These things cost them very little to add but really show they are wanting to do more.
Put this all together with a better price than previous remakes and I am impressed!
Would like to get under the hood on these ans see more of the game.
