Comes with a protector although the protectors at Expo took a beating. CGC assured me they would look at the problem and make sure the protectors would hold up before they start shipping.

I got my MBRLE this week and set it up last night for Christmas this morning. There was a rubber piece in with the bag of fuses. Does this piece go under the glass stuck to the apron to keep the glass from rattling?
