Quoted from SUPERBEE:he also cant seem to get into the test menues
Check the 12Volt regulated at TP / LED 100 on the powerdriverboard.
edit: extra
+ check the connectors on the CPU-board for misalignment or wrong plugged

WPC and WPC95 are getting mixed up here.

Was it lit ?
Make a note which fuse it was because F116 is for a flipper.
My guess based on the 'info' above is that it was 18V for lampmatrix and one of the diodes D11-D14 is shorted and fuse F106 blew.
Check the LEDs on the driverboard, that's best to start with.
Quoted from GRUMPY:But I still think you will find a shorted diode and it had nothing to do with the move.
Yes, agreed 100%
Quoted from SUPERBEE:It was the 18v lamp matrix with 106 blowing
That explains it all. 18Volt + 12Vreg is missing, so no switches can be read by the CPU.
Measure the 4 diodes mentioned above.
You are looking for a short so continuity or resistance so it will work both ways.
Mind that there are big capacitors in this circuit so it will give distorted reading. And unplug J129 when doing this.
