Finally hooked up a DMD to a Monopoly I picked up. But now there’s an issue. The screen has all the dots lit up.

Looking for any ideas on where to start looking on this one.

I don't, but I did keep this display from Flintstones, and it worked fine in there. Also went back and checked the DMD power supply, and it's burning up, which is odd since it's a new Anarchy board. Will check voltages tonight when I get home from work.
