Quoted from bigsoups:

Missing 2 decals on mine (cop drop target and electric company dmd decal) and for the time being, im fine with just taking a crack at making my own. Can anyone measure out the dimensions for these decals so I can make it look as accurate as possible? Cheers!

There's a decal on the electric company DMD? I don't remember that....

Quoted from bigsoups:

Yes...above the display there's a somewhat bordering decal on the bracket that says electric co. and has the lightbulb as well.

I believe that is actually a silk-screened plastic that is riveted in place. I have an almost complete plastics set, so I probably have that piece. Let me know if you need it.

Quoted from bigsoups:

Hmm, well I needed to get a replacement bracket/display for mine since it was just not there when I purchased it, so mine is just a metal frame basically...maybe I'll just leave it like that till I can get a normal one with the electric co already on it.

I checked and I do have that NOS plastic for the "Information Center" display. If you don't have a rivet press, you could probably just attach it with small bolts/nuts.

Put this together today. Drilled the hole in the corner instead on a side. I also have parts to make a red one but I think I like the white.- Barry

Very nice. Drilled in the corner looks great. I had a red one, but I think your white one looks better.

I also found this nifty custom bracket under the left ramp.
I have no idea what the intent was with this but i did notice the ramp has a good size crack right above that spot so it either was supposed to help with it or caused it...

The ball has a tendency to get trapped up there. I wouldn't describe that solution as "nifty" though....
Check out this page for some custom plastics made for Monopoly: http://www.pinballzone.com/tech/monopolyflap.php
You'll find a plastic there that performs the same function.

Quoted from 20eyes:

Anyone else ever have problems with the rotating flipper spinning too fast? Its fine for about 30 seconds into the first ball then starts spinning way too fast for the rest of the game.
I replaced the relay under the playfield and started checking connections. Not sure where to look. Maybe a flaky component on the driver board?

The speed of the rotating flipper is variable... it is supposed to get progressively faster.

Quoted from BulkOfTheSeries:

2) I am under assumption I basically need a new ramp, unless there is some clever way to ziptie this thing.

I would put a couple new holes in the ramp and make an adapter bracket. You could do that pretty cleanly... nobody would notice it.

I made ramp protectors for my machine based off of these designs:

http://www.pinballzone.com/tech/monopolyflap.php

I can dig up the CAD files I created, or the EPS vector file I sent off to the laser cutter.

I just remembered I made slingshot plastic protectors for Monopoly too.... I should put them all in one layout and share that with you guys.

Quoted from Mocean:

What bothers me most though? The visible wires and wire ties along the outter edge of the ramps --they really make the game look cheap in my eyes. Does this not bother anyone else? Does anyone have any ideas to address it?

I replaced the white wire ties with black ones. Makes them far less noticeable.

I used the ramp flap designs from Todd George: http://www.pinballzone.com/tech/monopolyflap.php
I drew them up in AutoCAD and had them laser cut out of PETG. Don't really want to have any more made... but if someone wants my AutoCAD drawing (or exported to some other vector format) just let me know.

I've posted the EPS vector files on my site for download: http://scoresaves.com/pinball/MonopolyProtectors.7z
Good for laser cutting, or just printing out as a template to trace (just make sure your software isn't scaling to fit to your paper source).

I grind off the backside of the rivet with a dremel cutting wheel. Then find a small bolt and nut to affix the holder to the new plastic.

In case anyone needs used plastics...
ebay.com link

I've got a mostly complete set of NOS plastics, and a few used. If someone needs a specific piece, just ask.

Quoted from TonyScoots:

I was watching a few videos on YouTube and for some reason it was going clockwise! I thought it look different

I believe there was a software rev where it went in both directions.

Can anyone make me a set of the ramp protectors found here http://pinballzone.com/tech/monopolyflap.php
I will pay for your time and materials.
Thanks

I don't make them any more, but I posted my vector files if someone out there has access to a laser cutter:

This link to my vector files for the protectors is still good. If someone wants the AutoCAD files, I can dig those up too.
