Good advice Robin..... The old rule,when you feel you've been ripped off don't let emotions get in the way, think about the businesses reputation, and politely/tactfully explain your reasons without getting emotional when not hearing what you want to hear. If you go about it right, no ego's are ruffled and chances are you're more likely to get what you want. After all,their in business to make money and they know a happy customer is worth ten fold in advertisement and sales and a helluva lot cheaper than paying for ads etc.
