That connector appears to be a mini-fit jr connector.
The square connectors with the square pins inside are mini-fit jr.
If you want you can just replace it with a 2 circuit molex on both sides (male and female).
But mini-fit jr are not exotic at all. Gottlieb games are filled with them.
Without GPE available for now. Amazon is a good place to find small quantities of connectors.
