Some days your the windshield and some days you are the bug. I finally got one of these and had visions of making the handle fold-able. Was waiting on a sale and today they had 15% off ...you rarely see these things on sale been checking for over 2 months. Got it home and my initial plan was to flatten the tubes on both sides, cut the flat spot in the middle and drill them out and bolt them together. Trying to flatten the tubes did not go well. At that point I just decided to cut them and fold the handle back and weld them back together. Did a great job on the first leg and decided to fit it to make sure the other side was going to work and that is when I realized I went the wrong way...handle was towards the platform duh....so cut it apart. Some days you are a welder and others your a grinder. Ended up blowing a hole in the tube and had to stitch weld it back together. Then I realized the wire in the machine was .30 not .23 the reason why it blew a hole in the 16ga tube and I didn't have any .23 on hand. I had to stitch weld the other side and grind the welds to make it look half way decent. Either way it turned out satisfactory and works well....I'm happy with it
