yea I think they are different on the 1000 lb, a little wider it appears...

FYI you can get bimini caps on ebay for cheaper then Amazon but it will take a while to ship since they'll come from China.

If you're doing bimini caps the only thing beyond screwing is cutting the handle. Get this if you don't want to use a saw.
