I JUST received these and they work perfect!!!!! There is no Dremeling the teeth, they fit together perfect! They look cleaner than the "hinges" others have used. I will get pics up as soon as I finish installing them.
I also skipped the 3/4 inch drill bit and went with a 5/16?? Maybe the newer grey HF tables have smaller bolts and holes?? The 3/4" was massive!!

I think I may finally mod my table.
I like that board idea as well. And the bigger wheels. Harbor Freight should look at this thread and make a new table for us!
