    Quoted from Electrocute:

I think I bought the wrong one. It was the 1 ton lift weighing 78 KGS which is about 170lbs. Works great but definately is not portable.

They are nice carts but very heavy, I think they lift higher too, was checking them out the other day, you wouldn't want to have to throw it in the back of a truck without some help.

Where is the best price for the bamini ends? Thanks

I like the bimini end mod the best but my cheap ass wouldn't spend the $30 so I welded some 3/16 pieces of angle iron to the pipes after cutting them around 6 inches from the bottom and used 2 5/16 bolts.

    Quoted from bepositive:

Store manager told me all new carts ship 1/2 full hydraulic fluid . He had 6 returns which would not fully lift .
If someone has filled their hydraulic level please post " how to " and any words advice .
    Thanks Shane

There is a rubber plug pushed in the side of the cylinder, remove plug and fill with hydraulic jack fluid with jack lowered till oil runs out of the hole, then reinstall plug.

    Quoted from Deadlander:

Does anyone have any experience with rebuilding the hydraulic cylinder? My old friend has developed a leak and needs new seals. Does anyone have the seal dimensions so I can rebuild the cylinder? I know I should buy a new one but my cart has served me well for over a decade and I just dont want to cast it in the trash. We have moved over a hundred of games and it would be a shame to let a leaky seal stop us now!
    Thanks,
    Al

not sure how you would find the seals other than taking it apart and it should have the size on them if its a lip seal, normaly three numbers width, inside diameter, outside diameter. if its an oring you could just measure the size diameter and thickness. they might have the whole cylinder at harbor freight.
