    When modding with toys that have a connection larger than the post you are using, what to you use to fill the hole to keep the post in place and the toy secure?

    It sounds to me that you need a shoulder washer (also sometimes called a sleeve or tophat washer) The trick will be finding the size you need.

    Epoxy sculpting putty works and can be drilled and painted after it sets
