    Quoted from CrazyLevi:

Mod addiction is a problem and it's ruining your life. But it's not too late! We can help.

Give your games to us, we'll don the protective gear for you and quarantine all those mods in the fire pit. After a 3-6 month settle time, the radioactivity levels should be low enough that we can return your game to you.

    Competitive pricing, call now

    Quoted from Mbecker:

That's great for the buyer, but most mods do have resale value so even if buyer doesn't want them, they can just pull them and resell. Thus I figure 40 to 50% mod value added to machine is fair.

Yeah, I just love listing twenty hallmark ornaments on eBay individually and then packaging and shipping them all out

    Quoted from Deaconblooze:

Original post - "If you feel the same, post mods you've found in games and removed."
Every other post - "Not all mods are bad"

Was thinking I didn't have anything since most of the games i buy have been sitting neglected for decades, but realized I've got one! Bonus points for the non-connectored wire getting caught on another mech

    Quoted from TheLaw:

Yes & no...because they add them they are not mods, as they are the 1st party. It of course doesn't make them "right" because some of them look like shit.

But I'd give better odds to Stern's toys not looking like shit than after-market mods, as Stern's were chosen and designed around them being there, so they have a better ability to fit in with the rest of the package, while hallmark ornaments obviously don't.

Sometimes a mod will fit in that well though! But it's much harder.

    Quoted from J85M:

Hallmarks Enterprise model is 10x as detailed.

Not always a good thing. ST isn't a very detailed game in general.

Every one of these anti modders has a secret mod they never tell anyone about.

At least, on the hardware side...
