I'd rather have a "My Name Is Earl" pin. That was set in a trailer park.

Quoted from EJS:Can you imagine how many modes there could be? Definitely more than there are episodes considering he had a long list.
Shhh! Don't say anything. It's probably giving John ideas. Haha
Quoted from embryonjohn:Thank God this thread continued.
It felt like that uncomfortable break in the last season of Ozark
John, love your new avatar, is it a cock lobster?
Quoted from Striker:You’re not even looking. You’re just hoping one stumbles across you on this forum.
The World’s Worst Marketing Plan continues, unabated.
Are there many whales on Pinside?
Quoted from JodyG:John, I would suggest checking out the Shady Maple buffet in Lancaster, PA. Last time I was there, they had whales dining by the bus load. I don't recommend the food though.
Is that still a big tourist attraction. We've been there a couple times.
Quoted from greatwichjohn:Probably right for those that think nothing will ever happen. I do have a firm timeline or the project could DIE!
And hopefully this thread!!
Quoted from Beechwood:Well, there is a plan B, which is 10 "mini whales", and plan C which is 3 "mini whales". Medium whales need not apply.
I think that's accurate
"All whales matter "
Quoted from greatwichjohn:Back from my favorite place after 3 of my favorite adult beverages + 6 free oysters. Man they were some small tonight! The bar unfortunately has been set very low here, so I am sure I can smash it out of the park for mini whales. The peanut gallery here will see nothing if this moves forward. Do a Haggis Pinball move & go very silent during production.
Wow, living it up on your small pension. Is it a dive bar? Bars around me aren't cheap for cocktails and apps.
Quoted from greatwichjohn:There is no sense me constantly looping the same thing over & over after being prompted by a few here.
Yet here we are!
Quoted from greatwichjohn:Redneck is the first word. Next word might be hard.
Redneck Rodeo
Quoted from Rarehero:I’ve been in this hobby for a long time - not once have I ever heard anyone talk about Jon Norris or pine for a new Jon Norris game. No offense, Jon.
Length of time in a hobby is meaningless.
Quoted from vdojaq:John, I have a kegerator. I keep a 1/6th keg in it of a specialty beer of my choice. I have a either a 12oz or a 16oz beer from it about 5 times a week. My next choice is a good bourbon and I will do 1 to 3 drinks of that a week. So a total of 6 to 8 drinks a week, and I always keep Sundays clean. Yes, there are many of us that have complete control over our consumptions.
Right now I have Pearl St. Downtown Nut Brown from LaCrosse WI on tap.
Sounds as bad as GWJ
Quoted from greatwichjohn:Too hard on my brain. Junking the remains of Stern Rawhide today. Working on em games. Beer count zero, but the pop machine is on & standing by.
It is kinda early.
Quoted from Roostking:And the wife buying pre-hardboiled eggs? 4 of those are more expensive then a dozen.
Even I can hard-boil eggs!
Quoted from PantherCityPins:The key is to bring the water to a boil with the eggs in there and then take the pot off the heat covered for 10-12 minutes depending on how done you like them. Avoids the greenish outer skin on the yolks.
Key is to peel them right afterwards while still warm. Easier to peel.
Quoted from Bryan_Kelly:But are you willing to sell them to John's wife?
Sure! I can overprice my eggs just like the store.
Quoted from Only_Pinball:Wow, you cant be serious. That is NASTY. What is supposed to be between the coleslaw and the potato salad?
Gravy? err grease
Quoted from Roostking:Isnt white wood, technically functioning as white wood?
Unless it's racist white wood.
Quoted from vdojaq:More like a daily Blog.....but hey, beats the shit out of Days of Our Lives.
Or not!
Thread started 3 months ago and we might have a whitewood started? John should celebrate with a beer, oh wait.
Quoted from Pinbub:I just quoted you. It was a weird post. You referenced a lady and said she had a dog and you get along with others who like the same sex. Are you a lady?
Be a man and call him.
Quoted from TreyBo69:Work part-time, drink full-time
That's what retirement is all about!
Quoted from homebrood:I think they should have labeled it 'Mystery Meat' Plate!
Agreed! Strangest looking ribs I've ever seen.
Quoted from vdojaq:Yes, but he is doing much more work than the value of the space he is using.
Are you sure? Rents not cheap.
Quoted from ultimategameroom:I’ve never seen hard boiled eggs at the supermarket. Precooked bacon and other scary stuff pumped full of preservatives but not eggs. Although they do sell pickled eggs at the deli counter but that’s different.
Is this a regional thing?
I'm in Eastern Pa. too, and find hard boiled eggs at the store. I don't buy them cuz it's much cheaper to make your own.
Quoted from AviRoo:but the monitor stuff i sincerely don't know what the fuck i'm doing.
Careful, hi voltage shit there!! I never liked working on monitors and I was a trained field service tech by trade.
Quoted from Wolfmarsh:How come you are reusing decades old wires instead of just buying new spools of wire? Especially since someone else is paying?
What's the new deadline you think it'll be flipping by?
Better than going to the landfill, no?
Quoted from blueberryjohnson:Next beech weekly recap will be a doozie.
I don't know, not much has changed.
Quoted from blueberryjohnson:Focuses
1. Free up games from shop
2. Give Avi experience
3. Handle Mr. BMW projects
4. Wait for local guy from up North to move out games by Christmas
5. Wait for Friday night social guy to get his games out this month
6. Drink beer
7. Make pinball machine to debut at TPF in March?
8. Keeping the peanut gallery happy
Quoted from greatwichjohn:Got a mini bun hair style going on, & cleaned up.
Gotta show pics of the man bun!
Quoted from parsonsaj:Dang GWJ that place looks nice... not at all what my mental picture of the place you hang out would look like.
I have never considered going to Halifax in my life but if I ever make it there I would love to try and go bar hopping with you... but I have to say up front I doubt I could maintain your pace... .
Their food menu looks tasty! Better than almost expired meats.
Quoted from BeachPickle:I’m in if we have room for a surfboard. I was just there, but would go back to surf the tail end of this storm. There’s going to be some big ones. I play blues harp too.. so just take the alternate route and stop by and grab me and we’ll stop at treybo’s on the way.
I think you mean "snowboard".
