Digikey.ca is your friend. Pretty much every electronic component you could wish for, priced in Canadian dollars, and usually arrives in a day or two. Shipping is 9.99 or free for orders over something like $100.

You can substitute caps for higher voltage rating and/or higher capacitance, just don't go lower. And you can also substitute between radial and axial, it just doesn't look as neat and tidy on the board.
