Quoted from PPS:

you don't hear that because the decals are not put on at Stern.

#657 is in the house. Ordered on 1/6 delivered 1/12!

#2458 8 years ago

I think a number of distributors have LE's in stock/available due to cancelled orders.

Congrats! Are the new games coming out with the new code already installed to fix the tearing and sound issue?

Do your playfields look this far off?

Stalking you outside of pinside?

What does the below mean exactly, from Rick:

There has been a little concern about some of the text on the inserts, I have been advised by Stern and CGC (separately) that this issue has adjusted their review process on incoming playfields to check for any lighter text on the inserts. So I have been told that any games leaving the factory have been reviewed and deemed worthy to ship. But also know that the artwork is per original, and a combination of led light, light intensity, insert clarity, ink transparency, which creates a variance in every playfield. So, I believe that the smart ones reviewing the playfields have a better visual standard on this and are reviewing to ensure that playfields get on the line that should get on the line.

So if you didn't pay by credit card, what are the other options?

You will love the black. The stainless seemed to be made of a thinner gauge and the edges were very sharp.

#2954 8 years ago

Umm, it definitely was sharp I cut my finger on it and yes, I put it up against an original Williams lockdown and it was thinner gauge.

Quoted from reynolds531:

My MMR arrived two days ago. It is number 614 of 1000. As I was just about the last person to order an LE (April 2015), I thought that I would get a much higher number. The play field has a sticker that says "814 of 1,000".
Out of the box the only problem so far is that the key to the coin door does not open the back box. Had to get a torx key to remove the back box lock to gain access to the back box.

The key to open the backbox is hanging inside the coindoor - they are 2 different keys. Welcome to the club!

FACT FROM CHICAGO GAMING: EVERY PLAYFIELD FOR MMRLE IS IDENTICAL AS THEY CAN BE. NO ONE BATCH IS DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER IN REGARDS TO PROCESS. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THOSE THAT WANT TO DISCUSS IT AND THOSE THAT RATHER NOT.

Quoted from Topdog:

NOT TRUE MY PLAYFIELD IS PERFECT WITH VERY DARK INK ON ALL INSERTS!

The diffuser kit is installed on yours, right?

#3320 7 years ago

After seeing and playing all 3 trim colors in person, black by far is the nicest look and finish. Certain if u had all 3 lined up in front of you prior to purchase the vast majority would choose black.

How hard would it be to code the shaker to work when a ball gets locked?
