Quoted from Wickerman2:Another random question. Does the MMr come with a Family Mode as the original did I think? Do you see that in the options?
If it's in the original, yes.
If you added the hacked "dirty ROM" and it has it, then no.

Quoted from calvin12:they had knockers at expo.
They have knockers. Pictures of the inside back head show the beagle board and knocker. Only thing back there.

Quoted from peaceboy666:nice video. is that screen tearing people r talking about around 15 second mark?
They have fixed this and are currently testing it to check that and be sure no other problems.
At some point in the future the update will be released. No set date yet. It is coming.

Quoted from Wariodolby:Can someone post about when they bought an original MM in 1997 and remember what the first couple of games played like?
I remember it as most Williams pins. A couple days of tweaking little issues.
It played like a new Williams pins. Lots of fun.

Quoted from o-din:Pretty anazing after two years it still hasn't been done while colorDMD is cranking them out at a record pace.
To be fair. You have any idea how long their first one for AFM took ? ( you'd be surprised )
And the remakes are a new system, colorDMD doesn't work in them. So CGC had to do it from the ground up.

Quoted from metallik:Can you say with 100% certainty that this will be a software-only update?
Since there is an LCD in there - I'd go with software update.

1 - is the ball clearing the optos ? Going over the light beam ?
2 - check that the switch is on tight, may need adjusting.

Quoted from PWhiz:How do you disable the knocker without disabling the shaker?
Remove one wire from knocker coil. Or remove it's plunger.

Quoted from DCFAN:I never would have thought it would take well over two years to build 1000 of a remake game, especially if you told me Stern was doing the assembly.
Stern has only been involved about one year. And except for the move to the new building, the reason things are rolling.

Quoted from insertcoin:But no power.
Are there any LEDs on inside the box with the plastic cover over the on/off switch ? If not, from ( not including ) your outlet to the on/off switch area, you have something not connected.
Just to be sure, did you turn the game on ? Lower right corner near front leg under the cabinet. ( I'm not making fun of you, it does happen )
LTG : )
Quoted from dzoomer:the next MMR run will also be built at Stern,
No, CGC will make a bunch of AFMRs and then a bunch of MMRs.
