I didn't get the call, but I can't (or shouldn't, anyway) be far behind. I ordered immediately and paid in full back in July. Did they say when it might be expected?

Another gold trim? I keep hoping to see a sign that black trim MMRs are finally getting shipped. Kind of depressing to hear of people buying them NIB at Allentown with no wait when some of us paid in full ten months ago and still have no idea when ours will arrive.

I have a large group coming over here in two weeks and had hoped that MMR would be the centerpiece of the party. Doesn't sound there's any chance of that now. Sigh...

EDIT: As I now understand it, the distributor who had one NIB at Allentown was fulfilling a preorder. I know of other cases of people buying one without having waited, but this is not one of them. Just wanted to make that clear.

Do we know that? If so, then black is last. Sigh...

I sure hope you're right. It's been a l-o-n-g wait, especially for those of us who paid in full thirteen months ago.

My one solace at this point is that I have yet to read reports of bad MMR decals coming out of Stern.

Glad to hear it! I saw one of those games with the decals that wouldn't stay stuck. Nothing I'd want.

I am expecting to have at least three fairly large pinball events at our house this fall (80-100 people total), but I keep putting off scheduling them in the hope that MMr will appear.

I've been seriously considering offering up my MMr spot for sale to avoid the hassle. Right on the fence at this moment.

It certainly does, which seems surprising since JJP is likely their largest distributor.

I am going to offer up my spot if someone wants to buy it at cost ($8k plus shipping). It's not because of the wait but for other reasons that have just arisen. I am on the road right now, so I won't post a formal ad until I get home tomorrow. If anyone wants to PM me about it in the meantime, I'll respond as soon as I get the chance. I am told that you can have your choice of trim colors. I picked black, which is why I have not yet received it. Ad is up in the Marketplace for my MMr spot, which should be in production soon. You can have it at cost. I am not trying to make a profit on it. (I noticed one on Mr. Pinball for $9,200. Yikes!) I have had a couple of PMs already this afternoon, but nothing is definite, so it might yet be available.
