Chicago Gaming Co., 2015Hello, I purchased a dragon topper for MMR. It has a 7 led strip on bottom and two small leds for the eyes. Both are tied into one set of alligator clips. One for positive(red) and one for ground (black). I was instructed to hook it up to 12v in cabinet. However, when I had the machine on for awhile, both leds starting to smoke! They were red hot? Is this because 12v is too much for these? Should I just plug into GI instead? Thank you!!
