I guess there wasn't and each reseller can do as they please.
I thought it was the deposit then balance due two weeks after start of production.

The pre-payment in full business model is shit for customers.
Maybe these guys will someday figure this out and stop boarding the hype train and buy these games once they are made and sitting at the distros.
