Quoted from PPS:

Brass/Gold colored ramps were standard on the game - so expect that all the games would have the original color ramps on the game regardless of the trim or the model.

AWESOME NEWS. Think some were confused due to the flyer ramps looking to be silver color and not gold.

#222 10 years ago

I guess just one question, white or black rubber from the factory? Please say white!!!

#225 10 years ago
Quoted from jalpert:

Black is original, it should be black.

But black sucks...

Maybe make it optional?

#228 10 years ago
Quoted from Moose615:

Or buy white rubber

Yeah, but it's not that fun taking appart a brand new game when you could be playing it!

#230 10 years ago
Quoted from o-din:

It worked just fine when the game was new.

Sorry, was trying to be a bit tounge in cheek. I realize that this is a personal preference, I just prefer white rubber for home use. Bouncier and cuts down on crud. I have no problem if it is black rubber, just prefer white.

Thanks for all the info Rick. Can you please give us an idea of when we can expect more pictures? Thanks in advance.

#744 10 years ago

Rick has already mentioned that the PP logo will be included somewhere. If I ran a company that was undertaking a project like this, I would want my logo on it too.

#813 10 years ago

Is it wrong that I am getting overly excited for the pictures?

#815 10 years ago
Quoted from Rarehero:

Depends. Are your pants on or off?

Neither ...

#831 10 years ago

Lloyd's isn't HUO, he has been operating it since the day it came out of the box. Still operating today at SS Billiards in Hopkins, MN.

#836 10 years ago
Quoted from LTG:

Bull Crap, I spend more time here than anywhere else. This is my home. So my MM is HUO.
So there.
LTG : )

Good point Lloyd, no offense was meant.

Quoted from o-din:

If I remember correctly, the trolls can be a high maintenance item.

True on the game, as well as this thread.

#1108 10 years ago

I am guessing it wouldn't get WMS approval if mods were pre-installed. I am hoping they have some sort of aux 12V for mods. If not, people can always mount a PC power supply. I have one in my TZ for my aftermarket audio.

$14. I use these all the time for work, metalik is right, using an old drive is asking for trouble.

Quoted from 2RustyBalls:

Calvin I agree, is that the actual playfield CG did or another MM from Mirco/IPB or a CG playfield. Rick posted no roll over switches on the MM remake.

He posted no switches attached to the large pcb. They will be standard rollover switches as in the original.

Quoted from epthegeek:

Well, if it's running the original code via emulation - that would all be there. But it would all be incorrect due to the new system/wiring

I am sure that if they keep this code in the game, it will be corrected for the new hardware platform.

Quoted from dirkhermans:

I confirm my order already of a MB LE

Me too.

Quoted from brucipher:

Hey Rick...when do you expect prototype or near complete machines to start making appearances at shows? Do you think there will be one at the Allentown show in May?

Rick already mentioned there will be games at the Texas show later this month.

Quoted from o-din:

I guess the black trim idea that everybody was so hyped up on for a day or two, has now gone out the window.

Rick never said that black trim would be an option. Someone just posted a picture and said somthing like "wouldn't this be cool" The options have been gold or standard silver from day one.

Quoted from mark9:

Are we still on track for first shipments in Q2?

Yes, according to Rick at Texas Pinball Fest, we are on track for "late Q2".

Just spoke with Jack, he explained all of the details. Needless to say, I am getting really excited! Also, check your spam filter, I should have received the email from Jack a few days ago, but it got stuck in spam. Count me in on the discounted invisaglass.

#4569 9 years ago

Just got an email from Jack, check received, MMr is now officially paid in full! Can't wait for it to arrive.

Quoted from Pintucky:

I am VERY unhappy with this. Hell, I even thought the LE came with the Invisiglass!!! When you start taking away all the 'included' features of a Cadillac, you end up with a Volkswagon!!! And for $8,000!!!????!!!!!!! I don't care if the coin mechs can be bought for $12. This is a total surprise and maybe the beginning of constantly stripping these Remakes down. Not good. Not good at all!!!!!!!!

You guys need to calm down. It's 12 bucks. Like Lloyd said, most operators change out the coin mechs anyway, as they have a preferred type they use. For home use, it's not needed, and if you want one, spend the $12.

#4685 9 years ago
Quoted from bmunn1:

So do you have a MMR LE on order?

Yes, paid in full with Jack as of yesterday. Black option.

Production starts this week??!?!?!?!?

#5168 9 years ago

Again, just so everyone is 100% clear, the coin much is just a small internal piece. The coindoor will look the same from the outside. I am still convinced some of the people complaining don't know this.

Quoted from Iceman5000:

IM VE Finishes production tomorrow. ACDC Pro (NEW) Starts production Monday. No MMR LE scheduled yet.

Nice info, how did you get it?

Quoted from Aurich:

His son works at Stern as part of the line IIRC.

Aw, makes sense! Thanks!
