I am selling or trading a nice original MM for those that don't want to wait or would prefer an original.

Quoted from jfh:Effective communication is a two-way street.
I didn't "ruin" anything. Rick just showed everyone he has no interest in having two-way dialogs with his most energized customer base. To me, that is mind boggling, but that's his right. It's also a very convenient way from taking responsibility or answering questions without being dismissive.
If you have questions call him. Have you called him?
Hoping for closure soon by a mod per PPS request....can't believe people do not email or call Rick for answers
What about Jack asking customers for payment in full or losing their deposits?
Why is this being allowed when it wasn't the original agreement?
Quoted from pezpunk:If you have questions call him. Have you called him?
He'd rather type paragraph after paragraph , rather than go straight to the the source .
Jim (jfh) is not a customer for MMR that I am aware of (anymore), so I'm not sure of his interest other than to be an antagonist and on the side of all things right.
Quoted from FullBlown:Perhaps a controlled google owners group by invite only ( like JJP) would be an option?
Thanks again for keeping WMS/Bally Pinball alive and moving forward to allow the next generation to own and appreciate these works of labor and art.
Not going away, but looking for a way to have concise and constructive and infomative dialog, and have some options we are working. Criticism is fine, but this passive agressive stuff is tiring ...
Moderators ... are you there yet to close the thread?

What exactly was the original agreement between PPS and those resellers? Inquiring minds.

I guess there wasn't and each reseller can do as they please.
I thought it was the deposit then balance due two weeks after start of production.
I didn't know you had to run everything past your attorney before agreeing to purchase a pinball.
He said, she said, Jack said, CSC said, Stern said........
People should certainly be able to get their full money back if the game is not delivered in a reasonable timeframe.
The pre-payment in full business model, which this has effectively become, is shit for customers.

Maybe these guys will someday figure this out and stop boarding the hype train and buy these games once they are made and sitting at the distros.

You've still got 109 pages of memories that can last you forever, though. High five!
