Did the display go blank white? That's what happened to my friend during the second game played.

We tried reseating the hdmi connector at both ends but it didn't solve the problem. Jiggling the connector at the back of the display around would make it come back for a minute, but it wouldn't even last a full game. So we figured there was a bad connector on back to the display.
He called his distributor and they said they would have a tech call him, but its been a week and nothing. Is there an email address he can contact directly?
