Quoted from JSC:I just swapped out my battery and also had a substance on it....I am pretty sure it’s battery acid. Swapping out did not fix for me...I am worried the battery compartment could be damaged from the leakage. Not sure if there is a way to test.
I had the same issue (no time progress while machine is off and a white substance on the battery) and tested the battery to check if it was at fault. It was showing full voltage on the tester, so the battery is ok. :shrug. Not sure if the white stuff is avoiding battery to make proper contact
I have the RE and noticed that the ball always bounces a little bit before entering the left flipper, this makes it very hard to hit the ramp to the princess castle. Any advice on what adjustment I need to make to fix this? (This is my first pinball). This video shows the problem:
thanks!
Quoted from Cayenne:I would fix it with small neodym magnets
hmm, so just shove a magnet under the castle, or you are thinking of something else? I happen to have some very small magnets at hand, so I think I could drill a hole on the mini foot to glue it there, but don't want to drill the castle
Quoted from PtownPin:Why can't u just use double sided tape? should hold fine and the tape is removable
The king doesn't fit very well on the top of the tower, it only has one foot there, so the tape isn't strong enough
