If it is a part that is supposedly for the topper they are waiting on they should just ship the games and ship the topper later. My gut is it's more now.

Chicago gaming has been shipping almost all games direct to consumer. The toppers would just be another shipment. If they are truly waiting just for the topper they should ship separately.

Even if it is the controller board they can send the whole topper separate after installed. I assume it comes in a separate container like MBLE and AFM.

If you get one of the headlight cleaning kits, that will usually take the swirls off inserts and clear coat. Do it is not conspicuous spot first.
Mine shipped last Friday, it was definitely the topper part as discussed. Delivery tomorrow it seems.
I got mine yesterday, is it possible the trolls are not cable tied? I can take a picture after work. I do not see anything tying them like in the picture on the playfield. The only cable ties are of the wires to the metal sleeves. I assume those are to be left on?
The rubber band was on the castle. There appears to be nothing on the trolls. I didn't want to injure them by going into the menu, I'll try to manually ascend them tonight.
