Yeah, tracking still shows it in Chicago. It may not be a matter of picking it up in Eagan, it's a matter of getting it out of Chicago.

Get a lot of glass shots during Troll Madness. I get a lot of airballs flying off the wire guides and other places. Have had them fly into the shooter lane, airmail into the catapult. Anything that seems to go towards the gate usually flies into the moat somewhere. Had a ball fly onto the left turret twice. Had them get behind the gate during multiball or stuck under the trolls as they go down. That tends to bend the cover flap a bit. Seems like the game just has a lot of airballs.

This is inherent to the MM/MMR design. The Troll Flaps pop up and if a ball is rolling over the flap at the time, it gets pushed into the glass. As such, it is more prevalent during multiball.

Yeah, I should...only problem is that 90% of our fleet (Delta Connection) is currently parked because no one is flying.
We went from handing out little plastic wings to all the kiddos...to handing out surgical masks and gloves.
F87FF007-1C27-43F1-8EE6-36F0E4A84D03 (resized).jpeg#2 in the house! Build date of 4/30 and delivered yesterday morning. First NIB and I've been looking forward to this for a long time and it certainly meets expectations!!
Will need to make a few minor tweaks but I assume that's all normal. I've only been able to play about 10 games so far and I've had several balls get stuck in or fall out of the catapult. Assume that's a minor and normal tweak I'll just have to tinker with. Overall it's a beautiful game and it's a bit surreal that it's sitting in my basement right now!

wow thats crazy.....I always cringe during troll madness since u get balls slapping the glass all the time....although I've never had ball even come close to flying over the castle....

IMG_0593.JPGVery odd question...anyone ever have issues with the suzo happ locks not working? I felt like an idiot last night trying to get the the backglass off to wire up the topper and to install the head wing bolts. The key and lock numbers match, but I spent 30 minutes trying a few tricks to get the keys working and just couldn't open up the lock. I tried a bit of oil and some light sandpaper on the keys. I even looked around the coin door to see if a 3rd set of keys was hiding somewhere.
Did I miss them??
Luckily I have the proper security screw tips so I just took the lock out after 30 minutes of trying...even with the lock out I can't get it to turn. In the handful of pins and arcade machines I've had this has never been a problem. Any ideas if this is a prevalent issue?

Are you using the right key ? There are two keys for the coin door. But a single key for the backbox hanging on the side of a coin mech on the coin door inside the machine.

Yep, definitely using the right keys. There was actually a pair of them hanging on the coin mech inside the coin door. Both numbered 955 - the same as the lock on the head. Certainly no big deal as I’ll grab a new lock with my next Pinball Life order. Just never seen that so it was very odd.

Been playing all night along no issues to far. Couple stuck balls nothing to major come with the territory. The sound on this is amazing it was set to 7 and at that setting it blew my wonkas sound away. Mine is serial #4100. One small gripe is they put a little tiny shock warning sticker on the top of the back glass in the middle. I need to take that off haha.

Yes. Hold down the left most service button to get to the CGC menu. Topper rgb led tests are there. Not labelled topper though

CGC was only doing a run of 500 games (across all editions) and the number that was Royal Edition was based on the number of pre-orders for it. Even without Covid, you probably wouldn't be able to get one new now.
