Quoted from Kkuoppamaki:I guess I could, but I have a feeling the process would take time and I just wanted to get it fixed. I haven't made up my mind yet on how to get it fixed and getting a replacement from CGC is an option. If I end up buying one (not a huge monetary loss) I'm just trying to find out the exact model so it looks the same as others
I'll try reseating first though (thanks 85svett for the suggestion) to make sure it's not something simple than that.
Open a case with CGC. Lloyd will typically respond within 30 minutes. From there you can work on getting a replacement, or at least troubleshoot the problem and make sure there isn't something else going on.
Lloyd may even help you with the specific part number if you want to buy one yourself and the process is taking longer than you would like.
