I'm hoping I can get some help with this. I'm currently running into an issue where, after a ball enters the moat area and gets released (down the left), the ball's roll down behavior is very unpredictable. Sometimes it's a clean roll down to the left flipper (as it should be), sometimes it's a bouncy roll down (it seems to hit the left wall first, screwing up its path), or absolute worst/most annoying case, the ball gets released from the moat and just drains down the center with absolutely no possible way it can be saved.

I have leveled and re-leveled over and over and over to the point where it's very frustrating. I have waxed my pf once a few months back and didn't really do that area, since it would require some maneuvering. Not sure if it would help or not.

Any idea of why this keeps happening and what could be done to fix it?
