Her eyes and smile bug me in this animation, but it's minor in the grand scheme of things. I think they did a nice job on the colorization and feel it makes it a better game.

FWIW, I've had good interactions with Rick. He has been very proactive with my MMR issue that was out of his control. Speak to him on the phone. He's pretty down-to-earth and easy-going. I believe he would take my call if I called him at 8:55pm tonight. That says a lot.

I understand your frustrations and concerns, but IMO, Rick deserves some more credit. It's not like he's hiding out or ghosting his customers (like others have done). There's only so much you can say or divulge on these forums without it getting twisted or taken out of context. Pinside can be a vortex at times where misjudgment and misconception can derail discussions and lead to petty arguments.

Life is too short. Make High Scores, not War. It's only a game. The best part about the pinball community is the camaraderie and friendly engagement. It's a rare hobby where many people put down their guard and let strangers into their house. In other words, talk/hug/shake it out over a beer or lemonade at Expo. You'll both feel much better about it.

I caught many of the flawed transitions without staring at the screen, so they're definitely noticeable. LE owners are likely to keep their machine for a long time. I don't see anything wrong with wanting your game to be as flawless as possible. Maintaining them is hard enough.

This is software not hardware, so it should be a feasible fix. The end product falls on CGC, so I imagine they'll (want to) address it at some point.
