Quoted from Glarrownage:To be fair, it's not a charity, it's a business. All businesses exist because they "make a nice profit". I'm not justifying anything just saying....
Quoted from PPS:and I think you would be surprised as to how much money it takes to make a pinball machine.
Maybe I should have said, "They charge what they do so that they can make a profit." I wasn't dissing PPS. You make the investment. You take the chance. You set the price level. No one is forced to pay it. I agree it is not a charity. It is free enterprise. Pricing is like water . . . it will eventually find its own level . . .
Now. End of story!
Quoted from labnip:there a layer of coinmech sediment deep in there somewhere
Yeah, I left that part out! Ha. Was too tired to bring it up and have to fight with people on here . . .
Quoted from Glarrownage:I wasn't jumping on you about it.
Thanks for clearing that up. I didn't FEEL any hate in your original comment.
Anyone from good ole West 'By God' Virginia is alright with me!
Quoted from DCfoodfreak:I still believe the current price was driven up right here.
I fully agree with you! I used to shudder when I would read comments about how much people were willing to pay, and I knew those comments would inflate the price! We reap what we sew!
