Moving expensive equipment all over the US is what I do for a living (medical equipment/MRI/CT ect). I have worked with CRST (STI) in the past and have even seen pins in there warehouse in Chicago. I have seen some prices floating around that were quoted for the moves. You are not going to get someone to come to your house or a warehouse, pad and wrap it, move to their local warehouse and truck to you, move into a smaller truck with liftgate and take it down for 400-500 and get any quality service.
If I was going to do this I would do as Drewblood said, recover at the terminal. Less handling and chances of damage.
